Returns & Exchanges
Please review our return and exchange policy below before placing an order in our shop. If you have additional questions, please send us a note at firstname.lastname@example.org!
We offer returns on items within 14 calendar days from the date you received it. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping and handling fees for returning any items.
Shipping costs are non refundable. If you receive a refund for any item, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in original unused, unwashed condition. Your item must be in the original packaging and include your receipt or proof of purchase.
If the item is not returned in the same condition that you received it, we will not refund your purchase.
Items purchased on sale are not eligible for return.
We offer exchanges of apparel due to incorrect size within 14 calendar days from the date you received your item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping and handling fees for returning any items. Your item must be in the original packaging and include your receipt or proof of purchase.
Once you send the item back, we've inspected it to ensure it is in the original unworn, unwashed condition, and we’ve approved your exchange, we will ship you a new item in the size requested.
A $5 handling fee will be charged to your card or be requested via PayPal. Once paid, your new shipment will be completed.
We do not offer exchanges on drinkware.
Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect it and ensure it adheres to the guidelines above.
After inspection, we notify you on the status of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original form of payment. You will receive the credit within a few days, depending on your bank/card issuer/processor policies.
returned and undelivered items
If a customer does not input the correct address or an error on a customers’ part results in a package being returned to us, we are not responsible for shipping the item again.
We will either refund the order (minus original shipping costs) or you will be charged for shipping the item again.
If a package is returned to us due to our error, we will happily ship the item again at no additional charge to you.
Please email email@example.com within 48 hours and include your order number as well as pictures with proof of damage. We only process returns and exchanges on items in original unused, unwashed condition (see return policy above).
Once accepted, Please allow 3-5 business days for production. Shipping will take an additional 7-10 days and a tracking number will be sent to you upon shipping.
We are not responsible for damages that occur after items are used or washed.
If you haven’t received your item after 14 business days from receiving your shipment confirmation email, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you find it!
