Once your start date arrives, Team MMC will have your template ready to go and polished for launching in 3 weeks!
We have a checklist created for you that crosses every t, but to give you an idea, you'll need to provide us with your logo (if desired), brand colors, brand fonts, images to fill your site, copy to fill your site, and access to your website accounts to help facilitate a smooth launch with Showit.
Copywriting is not included in the template upgrade. You will need to provide all copy for the customization (we've got a Copy Doc template to help you make it happen!).
We prefer all images be high-resolution. That way we can resize them for the template design and make sure they are optimized for web use.
All prep-work and deliverables are due one (1) week prior to your scheduled start date. If you don't get your prep-work turned in on time, you will have to reschedule your start date on a first come first serve basis. You'll get access to the full list of items we need as soon as you purchase so you can get a head start!
All of our client communication is housed in our private client portal, Honeybook. You will use this portal to send us notes and upload all prep-work items!
Your template upgrade includes customization of the website template as is. That means we don’t add new elements or custom design new pages.
